■ 個体解説 / Description

本個体は、斑紋形成メカニズムの研究過程で人工的に得られた個体であり、斑紋形成の途中段階の顕著な特徴を有する、資料的価値の極めて高い逸品です。 ※斑紋形成過程の詳細は、Amazonにて販売中の『蝶の斑紋形成の研究』第1巻・第2巻をぜひご覧ください。

表面 (Dorsal): 斑紋形成の極めて初期段階の状態を示す個体です。翅原基の斑紋形成遺伝子が初期段階でノックアウトされた結果、通常のナミアゲハの色彩を大きく逸脱し、黒化度は最高ランクの [★★★★★] に達しています。
裏面 (Ventral): 表面と同様に激しく黒化が進んでいます。特筆すべきは、通常であれば現れるはずの裏面後翅中央の青色斑紋列すら未形成である点で、この個体の変異の深さを物語っています。

[English Description] This specimen was produced through artificial induction during research on wing pattern formation mechanisms. It is an exceptional item of extremely high academic and scientific value, exhibiting the distinct characteristics typical of early-stage pattern formation. Dorsal: This individual represents an extremely early stage of pattern formation. Due to the knockout of pattern-forming genes in the wing primordia at an early phase, the specimen displays intense melanization, reaching a rarity level of [★★★★★].
Ventral: Similar to the dorsal side, the melanization is severe. Most notably, even the typical blue marking row on the central hindwing remains unformed, highlighting the extraordinary depth of this genetic variation.
