- 1/700 Aircraft Carrier Taih, Battle of the Philippine Sea, First Attack Wave, Completed Model -
This model recreates the first attack wave of the Taih during the Battle of the Philippine Sea.
The aircraft carried were 16 Zero fighters, 17 Suisei dive bombers, and 9 Tenzan bream bombers, for a total of 42 aircraft.＜/P>
The propellers, canopy frames, main gears, and radio masts were replaced with photo-etched parts and protected with matte clear coat for decal protection.
The Zero fighters were equipped with drop tanks, and the Tenzan bream bombers with torpedoes, all fixed to the deck with G-clear coat.
Other parts include:
Dedicated wooden deck, dedicated photo-etched parts, late-model Japanese aircraft carrier aircraft set x2, late-model Rainbow aircraft photo-etched parts x2, Tiger tank external electrical wiring,
25mm triple machine gun Nano-Dread, metal rigging 0.3mm bracing wire,
white rigging tow rope for torpedo protection (simply tied, can be cut),
and other general-purpose photo-etched parts such as binoculars, rangefinders, and monkey ladders.
The firing arc limiter is made of 0.3 brass wire.
The case is for Acrymate's 1/700 full-hull large aircraft carrier, and the hull is attached with screws.
