落ち着いた桃色の着物に金彩の帯、紫の帯締めが華やかな舞妓の姿を表した博多人形です。裾の広がりと身体のしなやかなラインに職人の技が感じられ、髪飾りの細かな造形など細部まで丁寧に仕上げられています。底面に宗田源造 作とあります。

【状態】薄いシミ・埃汚れが見られますが、素材に適した清掃方法が判断できないため、現状のままお届けします。大きな欠損・破損はありません。共箱・ガラスケースはありません。
お腹部分に小さな孔がありますが、焼成時の通気孔であり制作上の仕様です。

Hakata Doll — Maiko Beauty Figure, Hand-painted Ceramic
A finely crafted Hakata doll depicting a maiko (apprentice geisha) in a soft peach kimono with a gold-painted obi and lavender sash. The graceful sweep of her trailing hem and the delicate flow of her posture showcase the refined skill of traditional Hakata craftsmanship. Fine details such as the ornamental hairpins are carefully rendered. An artist’s signature is present on the base (believed to be associated with the Muneta school of Hakata doll makers).
Condition: Minor faint staining and dust are present. As I am unsure of the appropriate cleaning method for this material, the piece is being offered as-is. No major chips or damage. No original box or glass case.

A small hole is present on the torso — this is an intentional ventilation hole made during the firing process, not damage.“
