Desinteresseは Bart (ベース), Joppe (ドラムス), Sem (ボーカル/シンセ/ギター) からなるオランダのコールドウェーブアクト。2022年後半に結成されたこのバンドは 当初デュオとして音楽をリリースし, 2023年4月にデビューアルバム「Voor Altijd」, 2023年11月にEP「Ik Wil Dood Als Ik Het Vergeet」をカセットでリリース。2024年以来 Desinteresseはトリオとして活動しており, バンドはまだ登場したばかりだが 彼らはすでにGrauzoneフェスティバルに招待され, オランダ, ドイツ, ベルギーで複数のショーを行いました。彼らの最新リリースである7インチシングル「Grijze Dromen」は2024年8月にリリースされ, ヨーロッパとアメリカの音楽コミュニティの幅広い関心を集めました。

すべての音楽は 彼ら自身のレーベルDECADENCEからリリースされ, オリジナルのヴィンテージ機器を使用して 意図的な芸術的表現とアイデンティティの形として使用されています。Desinteresseのライブ・パフォーマンスは冷たく, メランコリックな雰囲気を醸し出しており, そこでは音や声が第一ではなく, 彼らのメッセージの重みを増幅させ, 彼らのサウンドを定義する非実存的で放棄された感情を強調しています。

Desinteresse is a Dutch coldwave act consisting of Bart (bass), Joppe (drums), and Sem (vocals/synth/guitar). Formed in late 2022, the band initially released music as a duo, dropping their debut album Voor Altijd in April 2023 and the EP Ik Wil Dood Als Ik Het Vergeet in November 2023, both on cassette. Since 2024, Desinteresse has operated as a trio, and though the band just appeared, they were already invited to play Grauzone festival and did multiple shows around Netherlands Germany and Belgium. Their latest release, the 7” single Grijze Dromen, came out in August 2024 and caught a wide interest of the music community in Europe and US.

All music is released through their own label DECADENCE using original vintage equipment as a deliberate form of artistic expression and identity. Desinteresse’s live performances evoke a cold, melancholic atmosphere, where sounds and voice are not primary but amplify the weight of their message, emphasizing the non-existential and abandoned emotions that define their sound.
