This is the Imperial Commander (General Veers) figure from Kenner's The Empire Strikes Back card series. The card back is a 47-back, featuring campaign stickers printed on both sides for obtaining “4-LOM”.
4-LOM is actually Zuckuss; the names were mixed up.

Usage: Stored in its blister case.
I am a non-smoker and do not have pets, but there may be some slight household odors.
As a 1982 product, this is a vintage toy from about 43 years ago. The blister has no separation, but the lower left corner shows signs of potential peeling. It hasn't changed in the 15 years I've owned it, so I believe it's fine. Please forgive me if it peels during shipping.
The blister has yellowed (Images 1, 2, 3, 4).
There is a dent on the upper part of the blister (Image 4).
The card surface shows considerable wear. There is a scratch on the upper right side, resembling a puncture from a sharp object (Image 5).
On the upper right side of the card surface, there is a mark resembling where a price sticker was removed (Image 6).
The 4-LOM giveaway campaign is printed (Images 7, 8, 9).

The card doesn't appear to have faded much, but it's old, so it's hard to say for sure.

I wiped off fine dust with Kimwipes and brushed it away, but I only did a rough cleaning because I was afraid of damaging it.
Please note that the blister packaging itself was not wiped at all.
It's an older item, so it's hard to call it pristine.
I will include the quite old protective blister packaging, but please understand it's strictly a bonus item meant for shipping and can be discarded.

Shipping will be via Takkyubin (EAZY).
It will be packed with bubble wrap cushioning and placed inside a reused, secondhand cardboard box for shipping.

I will ship it marked as fragile and with no stacking allowed. However, as it is very old, please negotiate directly with the shipping company for any accidents during transit. I cannot assist with inquiries regarding this.
